RTA Heraclea Condo hotels or hotel co-ownership represent the new concept of vacation residences, as well as an innovative, highly flexible and quite economical option for your holidays.

With this formula, you will no longer invest money on your holiday without any opportunity to get revenue from it. The condo hotel represents a good alternative to your vacation home at a seaside resort: it requires just a small initial investment, but has neither fixed costs nor maintenance problems.

The condo hotel formula is very simple: you choose the weeks of the year you want to buy and you become co-owner of a suite in a prestigious hotel all your life long.

The purchase is executed by notarial deed, giving you full ownership of that unit. Owing a unit in our condo hotel means you can have much more than a cosy vacation home: you'll have an exclusive hotel suite plus the facilities, services, amenities and comfort of a four-star hotel.

At Heraclea Hotel Residence we have 24 newly-built condo hotel suites available for our guests. They are all located on the first and second floor of the hotel; each unit is about 42 square meters large, with a wide balcony where you can relax after a whole day spent on the beach. All suites have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom and a comfortable bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Thanks to our agreements with an important financial partner, you can be provided with customized purchasing solutions and buy your suite by instalments.

Heraclea Hotel Residence offers you the chance for a holiday at a place that is not only your "vacation home" but also:

- a hotel suite: you choose your vacation period, we provide you with every kind of service for a comfortable stay, including restaurant, swimming pool, room service and concierge;
- your property: you and your family can use it when you choose to, or you can "lend" it to your dearest friends as a very special present for their holidays. If you don't want to use it, the hotel management team can rent it out for you, or, thanks to the "exchange option", you can swap it with condo hotel units in other tourist areas, on the mountains or at the seaside, in Italy or abroad. And of course, you can decide to sell it any time;
- a real estate investment that guarantees a return. In fact, through the hotel management team, you can rent your suite out, thus earning money on it, instead of just facing costs for your holidays.
